Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your shopping click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept direct credit card payments made through WorldPay. You can also call us on 01298 211135 and we will process your credit or debit card payment directly over the phone. You can also pay by Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and Paypal will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
If you are outside the UK then you must pay using WorldPay or Paypal. For those within the UK you may send a personal cheque, postal order or cash but remember that this will delay the despatch of your order
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Shipping And Handling
Unless you choose otherwise alll U.K. orders are sent FREE OF CHARGE via the cheapest Hermes (tracked) service. We always use postal services that require proof of delivery. This is for your protection as well as ours.
We also have a number of paid delivery options.
For those who would prefer to receive their parcel via Royal Mail we now charge a flat fee of £4.20 on all orders.
If your need your order quickly we strongly recommend that you choose next day delivery. The additional charge will be added during checkout.
If you require a discreet delivery service then please choose Yodel Direct. Your parcel will be sent to a local convenience store for collection at a time that suits you.
Outside the U.K. we offer delivery only by tracked or signed airmail services. Delivery costs will be displayed at the time of checkout. The type of service used will depend on your location and the weight of the package. We reserve the right to dispatch your order in seperate packages if this will reduce the cost of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE : All our parcels are sent under plain cover but for customs purposes we are legally obliged to state the general content of all parcels that are exported from the U.K.
If you require an international express delivery service then please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Items that require alterations or that have to be made to order will take a little longer to get to you. Please see the individual listings for how long delivery may take.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the post office or carrier and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Value Added Tax is included in all our prices and is charged on all U.K orders. Orders placed from the rest of the world including the E.U. will qualify for VAT exemption. Now the current rate of U.K. VAT is 20%.
If you are making a purchase from outside the U.K., then you will be responsible for any import charges and purchase tax that are levied by your local government on items that are imported from the U.K.

We guarantee your satisfaction. <All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.> The only exception are;
1. If your garment has been altered or adjusted in any way.
2. If you have placed a special order for a made to measure or bespoke garment.
3. For hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the U.K. Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, including the cost of basic delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. (Usually much sooner.) You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Exceptions to the above;
1) We cannot accept returns on shorts, skirts, dresses or gymslips that have been shortened from the standard length. Similarly, returns will not be accepted where belt loops or brace buttons have been added to shorts. We cannot accept blazer returns if grossgrain braid has been added as a trim option. If you require an alteration then it is your responsibilty to ensure that you have ordered the correct size.
2) We cannot accept returns of special order, made to measure or bespoke garments. This includes, made to order items such as; bespoke blazers, sandals, gymslip sashes, etc.
3) For hygiene reasons underwear may not be returned.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change my terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
